For sellers taking a working catalogue into new marketplaces

The catalogue already sells. The next market is a compliance problem, then a sales one.

Market selection on real demand, VAT and EPR registration handled, listings translated by people rather than by a machine, and the launch advertising to make the first ranking stick.

5.0 from verified client reviews
  • Market selection on real demand and competition, so you open the country worth opening first
  • VAT, EPR and responsible person requirements mapped and registered before anything ships
  • Listings translated and localised, including the search terms shoppers there actually type
  • Launch advertising to earn ranking in a market where you have no review history yet

Sound familiar?

The opportunity is obvious and the paperwork is what stops you

Most sellers know a second marketplace would pay. What stalls them is everything around it: which country first, which VAT registrations apply, what EPR means for their packaging, and whether a translated listing will read like a human wrote it. The admin is opaque enough that the project keeps sliding.

  • You cannot get a straight answer on which registrations you actually need before you can sell.
  • You listed in a new country, translations were machine-generated, and conversion never came.
  • You have no reviews in the new marketplace and no plan for earning the first ones.
  • Nobody can tell you whether to run EFN, PAN-EU or send stock in country.
  • You are worried about getting the tax side wrong and finding out eighteen months later.

Compliance first

We open the market in the order that avoids expensive mistakes

Compliance comes before catalogue, because a listing you cannot legally sell is worse than no listing. We map the registrations for your products and your chosen markets, get them filed, and only then build the listings. Translation is done properly, since keyword research in the target language is a different job from converting your English copy. Then the launch is advertised to earn ranking, because you are starting with no review history and the algorithm treats you accordingly.

  • Market selection scored on demand, competition and margin after local fees and freight.
  • VAT, EPR and responsible person requirements identified and registered before launch.
  • Localised listings with keyword research done in the target language, not translated from English.

What you get

One catalogue, more countries, opened in the right order

We pick the market, handle the compliance, localise the catalogue and run the launch. You get a second marketplace that works instead of a half-open one.

International Marketplace Expansion

Starts with a free audit

  • Market selection across EU, UK, Canada, Mexico, Australia and Japan, scored on real data.
  • VAT and EPR registration coordination, plus responsible person requirements where they apply.
  • Fulfilment strategy: EFN, PAN-EU or in-country stock, chosen on your margins and volumes.
  • Listings localised with in-language keyword research, not machine translation.
  • Launch advertising built to earn ranking without review history.
  • Local account health, cases and Buy Box monitoring in each marketplace.
  • Reporting per marketplace, so you can see which ones deserve more inventory.

How it works

From one marketplace to several

  1. Share the catalogue

Your current marketplace, your products and your margins. No new registrations needed yet.

  2. We size the markets

Demand, competition and margin after local fees, so the shortlist is ranked rather than guessed.

  3. You get the plan

Which market first, what compliance it requires, what it costs to open and what it should return.

  4. We open and run it (optional)

Registrations, localisation, launch and ongoing management per marketplace.

Questions

Answers

Which marketplace should we open first?

It depends on your category, your margins after local fees and freight, and how much competition is already there. The UK is often the easiest first step for a US seller because there is no translation work, but for some catalogues Germany is the bigger prize and worth the extra setup. We rank the options in the audit rather than defaulting to the same answer for everyone.

Do you handle the VAT and EPR registrations for us?

We map exactly what your products and target markets require, coordinate the registrations and manage the process end to end with the specialists who file them. We are not tax advisors and we will not pretend to be, so where you need formal tax advice we will tell you and work alongside whoever gives it.

Can we just use Amazon's automatic translation?

You can, and it is one of the most common reasons an international launch underperforms. Machine translation carries your English keywords into a market where shoppers search different words, and the copy reads as foreign to a native speaker. We do keyword research in the target language and write the listing for that market.

What about EFN versus PAN-EU?

EFN is simpler to start because you hold stock in one country, and it costs more per unit and delivers slower. PAN-EU is cheaper per unit and faster for the customer, and it creates VAT registration obligations in every country holding your stock. Which one wins depends on your volume and margin, so we model both before you decide.

How long does it take to open a new marketplace?

Registrations are the long pole and they run on the tax authorities' clock rather than ours, which is typically several weeks and occasionally longer. Listing localisation and launch prep happen alongside that, so the market is ready to go live as soon as the paperwork clears.

Is the expansion audit free?

Yes. You get the ranked market shortlist, the compliance requirements for your products and an honest read on what it costs to open. Free and yours to keep whether or not we work together.
