Who we are

leadcrunch is the trading name of Antwi Consulting, a Canadian consultancy that has operated as leadcrunch since 2022. We run Amazon listings, advertising and account operations for brands and sellers. We are the ones who decide what happens to the information described below.

For anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete your data, write to eddie@leadcrunch.ca. That address reaches a person, not a ticket queue.

What we collect

What you type into a form

The booking form on our funnels, the booking form on the home page, and the free tools each ask for some of the following:

• Full name and work email. Both required, because we cannot send you an audit or a booking link without them.
• Phone number. Optional on every form on this site. We never block a submission on it. See how we use a phone number below.
• Store, listing or product URL. Optional. It is what lets us look at your account before the call instead of asking you to describe it.
• A revenue, COGS or size band. A range, not a figure, so we know whether we are the right fit before either of us spends half an hour finding out.
• Answers and results from a calculator or scorecard, if you used one and chose to have the full version emailed to you.

What your browser sends

• Pages viewed, referring page, and rough time on the site.
• IP address, browser and device type. These arrive with every request and we keep them attached to a form submission.
• Advertising click identifiers and campaign tags carried on the link you arrived through, including fbclid, gclid, ttclid, msclkid and the utm_ parameters. This is how we tell which advert produced an enquiry.
• Cookies set by Meta (_fbp and _fbc) when the Meta pixel is active on the site.

What we do not collect here

We do not take payment details on this website. Invoicing happens later, after a written agreement, outside these pages. We do not ask for your Seller Central password, and no one at leadcrunch will ever ask you for one by email.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare for the call you booked.
• To run the free audit or the tool result you asked for, which needs your listing or account to look at.
• To follow up. If you fill in a form and do not book, our system sends one reminder email about an hour later.
• To tell our advertising which campaigns produce real enquiries, so we stop paying for the ones that do not.
• To keep the site working and to see which pages are read.

How we use a phone number

Giving us a number is optional. If you do give us one, you are agreeing that we can call you about your enquiry and about the services we offer. We use it to reach you before or after a booked call, to reschedule, and to follow up on an audit. It is stored on your contact record in our CRM alongside everything else in this policy.

You can tell us to stop calling at any point, in the call itself or by emailing eddie@leadcrunch.ca, and we will stop. Ask us to delete the number and we delete the number.

Who else handles it

We do not sell your information and we do not rent lists. It is handled by the companies we use to run the business, each for one job:

• Vercel. Hosts this website and provides its traffic analytics.
• HubSpot. Our CRM. Your contact record lives here.
• Calendly. Books the call and holds the name, email and any answers you give on the booking screen.
• Meta. Receives conversion events for our advertising, from the pixel in your browser and from our server. Anything identifying sent from our server, including your email address, is hashed before it leaves us. Meta is not sent your revenue band, your store URL or the contents of a tool result.
• Google Workspace. Sends and stores our email, including anything you send to eddie@leadcrunch.ca.
• Google Ads and TikTok. The same kind of conversion event as Meta, and only during periods when we are running campaigns on those platforms.

We are planning to move our CRM from HubSpot to GoHighLevel. If and when we do, the same contact records move with us and this page will be updated to name it.

These companies operate in Canada, the United States and elsewhere, so your information is stored and processed outside the country you are reading this in. If that matters to you, contact us before you fill in a form rather than after.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in the CRM while there is a reason to keep them, which for an active or recent conversation means a few years rather than a few weeks. Server and analytics logs turn over on our providers’ own schedules, which are shorter. When you ask us to delete your record, we delete it rather than archiving it, and we tell you when it is done.

Getting a copy, a correction or a deletion

Email eddie@leadcrunch.ca from the address you used, say which you want, and we will handle it. You do not need to give a reason and there is no form to fill in. If you want to be removed from email follow-up but keep an open conversation going, say that too, it is a normal request.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses two kinds of tracking. Vercel Analytics measures page views and a handful of events such as a form being started or submitted. The Meta pixel, when active, records page views and conversions for our advertising and sets the _fbp and _fbc cookies named above.

You can block both with your browser’s cookie and tracker settings or any content blocker, and the site keeps working. Your advertising preferences on Meta are controlled inside your Meta account rather than by us.

Children

This is a service for businesses. The site is not aimed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly keep information about them.

Changes

When what we do changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. There is no version history, so if a specific wording matters to you, keep your own copy.
