Who these are between

This site is operated by leadcrunch, the trading name of Antwi Consulting, a Canadian consultancy. In these terms “we” and “us” mean leadcrunch, and “you” means whoever is using the site. Using the site means you accept what is on this page. If you do not, stop using it.

Sending us an enquiry

When you fill in a form on this site you are asking us to get in touch. Submitting it means you agree we can contact you about that enquiry and about the services we offer, by email and by phone if you gave us a number. That is the point of the form.

A phone number is optional on every form here and no submission is blocked for leaving it out. Giving one is what permits a call. Under Canada’s anti-spam law, an enquiry of this kind is treated as implied consent to be contacted for a limited period, and we treat it that way rather than as a standing permission. Tell us to stop, in a reply, on a call, or by emailing eddie@leadcrunch.ca, and we stop.

You agree the details you give us are yours to give and are accurate. Do not submit someone else’s contact details. What we do with any of it is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Booking a call

Booking a call reserves time, nothing more. It is free, there is no card required, and it does not commit either of us to anything. We may reschedule or decline a call, and so may you. If we are not the right fit we will say so on the call rather than sell you something you do not need.

The free tools and calculators

The calculators and scorecards on this site produce estimates from the numbers you type in. They use published Amazon fee structures and standard arithmetic, they do not connect to your Seller Central account, and they cannot see your real costs. Treat every output as a starting point for a conversation, not as a figure to file, price against or report.

Amazon changes its fees and its programmes without telling anyone in advance. We update the tools when we notice, which means an answer can be out of date before we catch it. Check anything that matters against your own account.

Our services and what they cost

Nothing on this site is an offer or a quote. Prices are not published here because the work is scoped per account, and a number that fits one catalogue is wrong for the next. Paid engagements start with a written agreement setting out scope, fee and term. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

The guarantee

Backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Not happy with our work in the first 30 days, you get a full refund. It covers our work and our conduct on your account. It does not cover the decisions Amazon makes, the results a market produces, or ad spend you paid to Amazon rather than to us. The details sit in your engagement agreement. Nothing on the Disclaimer page reduces it.

No guarantee of a result

We do not promise a revenue figure, a rank, a Buy Box share, an ACOS or TACOS number, or a reinstatement. Anyone who does is guessing at your market. The full version of this is on the Disclaimer page and it forms part of these terms.

What is ours

The text, design, tools, graphics and marks on this site belong to leadcrunch. Read it, use it, quote it with a link. Do not copy the pages, rebuild the calculators or lift the copy to sell a competing service. Amazon, Meta and other names used here belong to their owners and appear for identification.

Using the site properly

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at volume, or probe the security of this site, and do not submit deliberately false or abusive entries through the forms. We can block access without notice.

Links to other places

This site links out to third parties, including our booking calendar and our public reviews. We do not control those pages and we are not responsible for what they contain or what they do with your data.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Selling on Amazon carries commercial, tax and compliance obligations that depend on where you sell and what you sell. Take proper advice for your situation.

Liability

The site and the free tools are provided as they are, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost sales or lost data arising from using this site or acting on a tool output. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

leadcrunch operates from Canada, and these terms are governed by Canadian law. Any dispute about this site is dealt with in the courts of the province leadcrunch operates from.

Changes

We update this page when the business changes and the date at the top moves with it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
