Amazon loses your stock, and the reimbursement does not always follow
Amazon now reimburses many warehouse losses on its own. What it misses, or pays short, you have to claim, and the windows close within weeks or a few months.
- Units lost or damaged in a fulfillment center, never reimbursed or paid short.
- Customers refunded for returns that never reached the warehouse, or came back as a different item.
- Inbound shipments where Amazon received fewer units than you sent.
- Removal orders lost or damaged on the way back to you.
- FBA fees charged at the wrong size tier or weight.

Reconcile, then file
We match every unit Amazon took in against what it paid you for
The evidence sits in your own reports, spread across inventory, returns, removals and fees. We reconcile them, file the claims the data supports, and chase each case until Amazon decides it.
- Inventory reconciled against reimbursements already paid, so nothing is claimed twice.
- Each claim filed with the shipment, order or fee evidence Amazon asks for.
- Every case chased to a decision, and re-evaluated where Amazon's policy allows it.
- Filed inside Amazon's current claim windows, the soonest-closing first.

Questions
Answers
What does it cost?
20% of what Amazon reimburses on claims we file. No monthly fee and no setup fee. If Amazon pays nothing, you pay nothing.
How does 20% compare?
Most of the recovery services we compared in October 2026 charge 25% of what they recover. We charge 20%.
Can you recover claims from years ago?
No, and nobody can. Amazon shortened its claim windows in 2024 and again in 2025, and most claim types now close within weeks or a few months of the loss, refund or removal. We file the soonest-closing claims first and keep filing as new ones open.
Doesn't Amazon reimburse automatically now?
For many warehouse losses and customer returns, yes, since November 2024. It still misses some and pays some short, and removal claims are still filed by hand. We check what Amazon paid on its own and claim the gap. Anything Amazon paid without a claim from us carries no fee.
How much does Amazon pay for a lost unit?
For units lost or damaged before a customer order, Amazon reimburses your manufacturing cost (since March 2025), not the sale price. For units lost after an order, it pays the sale price minus fees. Your recovery depends on your costs and your volume, so we do not quote a figure before the audit.
Do you need my password?
No. You add our team as a user in Seller Central with view access to your reports and permission to open cases. You can remove it any time.
Can filing claims put my account at risk?
Duplicate or unsupported claims are what get sellers in trouble with Amazon. We reconcile first, never claim the same unit twice, and file only the claims the data supports.
Is it included in your account management?
Yes. On our full account management, reimbursement claims are part of the work, with no 20% on top.
